I am sorry if this sounds whiny and selfish, but here goes.
It has been 3 months since I have worked and it feels like nothing is coming down the pike. I have tried everything that has worked in the past to get myself a job and break out of the depression that joblessness has created. I am having trouble with my teeth and overall health because of them, and the high blood pressure is part of it all. The high BP had not allowed me to persue my chosen profession of Commercial trucking. No great loss as I have become soured on that industry. Yes, I am a big man, but that does not mean I am lazy or not willing to work.....I can go on and on but you get the picture. I am an average White guy that feels he has been down on luck and wants to prove to the world he is for real and not some "Freddy-The-Free-loader" type of person.
Is there any foundation that is willing to help a man get himself turned around and lose the weight, get the teeth fixed and get himself employed again, through training or whatever is needed so he can feel like a real man again? I dare anyone to help.

I am in very deep need of dental work. I have several dry sockets and badly infected gums. Because of this my blood pressure is very elevated and I am very overweight from the lack of energy going to fighting the infections. I am currently unemployed and am looking for work, have no insurance and no savings and cannot sell my vehicle, as where I live is not on any bus line.

When a tooth acts up and hurts, it is VERY intense and debilitating. I know from information gathered and friends and relatives that have gone through this that there is a possibility that I can die from this. I am definately NOT ready to go just yet. I have no means to pay for what needs to be done and need help in finding what foundations can help, any philanthropists that want to help or Federal funding to help. 

Part of my situation can ba laid at my own feet, part family genetics and part my former lifestyle and work...I can take responsibility for my actions, or lack thereof. I simply need help to cure this problem. I know the solution, and it is full upper and lower plates.

Is there not anyone willing to help?
